Light to Moderate pressure, using flowing strokes and techniques. Full body deep soothing relaxation, to reduce stress and improve your circulation and wellbeing. If wanted can include firmer techniques of kneading, hacking, cupping, and friction movements.

Holistic Full Body Massage

Light to Deep pressure. This Is a mixture of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. Long flowing deep relaxing strokes of Swedish Body along with Deep Tissue Massage. And if i find any tight, tension muscle areas i will work on those using Deep Tissue techniques to help release any tightness and tension.
